IFB 25-10763 Mobile Clinics Public Health Response

***Addendum 1 & Addendum 2 posted 3/26/26*** ***Addendum 3 posted 4/7/26*** ***Addendum 4 posted 4/8/26*** ***Addendum 5 & 6 posted 4/10/26*** ***Questions and Answers posted 4/10/26*** Public health departments need the ability to rapidly and without delay to deploy mobile clinics with vaccination, specimen collection, testing and test-to-treat to respond to public health threats, outbreaks and emergencies. With newly developed vaccines or increased rates of disease, there is a need for additional staffing to immunize or test that via planned public health events. The California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Center for Infectious Disease, is soliciting bids from qualified bidders to provide mobile clinics for public health response. Bids must address all the services described in the Exhibit A entitled, ¿Scope of Work¿. Contractor agrees to provide medical and support personnel for public health response to emerging threats, such as H5N1 and increased testing and vaccination needs across California. The contractor will provide services for public health response efforts as well as planned health events. CDPH intends to make a single contract award to the most responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest cost.
