Description
The Town of Roxbury, Connecticut (hereinafter termed Town), is undertaking a project to revalue all Real Property, effective October 1, 2027. Contractors interested in providing the Revaluation Services set forth in the attached Specifications are invited to deliver three copies of the proposal to the Office of the First Selectman, 29 North Street, P.O. Box 203, Roxbury, CT 06783, no later than 2:00 pm on May 12, 2026, at which time and place such proposals will be opened and read.
All proposals shall be sealed, addressed to the Office of the First Selectman, and marked: "Town of Roxbury Proposal for 2027 Revaluation Services". Please complete the attached bid form as requested. All information pertaining to the Contractor''s technical and management approach to completing this project, as well as the proposed cost, timetable, and staffing plan, shall be presented in the proposal.
