The State of Connecticut, Office of the State Comptroller (State or Comptroller) is releasing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to entities interested in providing third party administration and record keeping services for the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Qualified Transportation Account (QTA) Programs (Program). The Program consists of the Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP), the Medical Flexible Spending Account Program (MEDFLEX) and the Qualified Transportation Account (QTA).
