1. PurposeThe City of Liberty Hill, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to provide Professional Services, herein “Services”, for Owner’s Representative Services to assist the City in delivering the Advanced Water Purification Facility (AWPF) in a timely manner while adhering to State and Federal requirements. This project requires a wide range of expertise, including land planning, infrastructure phasing, funding partnerships with State and Federal agencies, construction management, and construction materials testing.
