The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract for Waterline Improvements at the Mulino State Airport for the benefit of Oregon Department of Aviation. The work contemplated under this project includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents.
