All bid proposals must be on company letterhead. Late and/or incomplete proposals may not be accepted. Vendors must be a registered County Vendor. Proposals will be examined in accordance with the goals and objectives outlined in this RFP and will be evaluated to determine if training curriculum, manuals, approach, experience, and qualifications demonstrate that the Proposer is likely to meet or exceed expectations. 1. Company information to include length of time in business of training and employee education and number of references specified in Section 12 and 13. 5. Proposals failing to meet requirements or incomplete proposals may be deemed non-responsive and could be disqualified. 6. Presentation (top candidates may be asked to provide a demonstration of the training).
