MAU FAC MGMT Shipley Carpet Replacement Phase II

The Ohio Department of Public Safety / Facility Management (ODPS) is undertaking a multi-phase carpet replacement initiative across designated floors within the facility. The purpose of this solicitation is to remove existing carpeting and wall base materials, prepare, and install new carpet tile flooring and wall base throughout designated areas in the ODPS Shipley Building in accordance with manufacturer specifications and ODPS facility standardsBidders must submit PDF Quote (including completed Cost Summary Table found on contract draft) and Bid Bond with their bid. Attendance at the Mandatory Site Visit is required. Bidders are responsible for reviewing all attached solicitation documents.Facilities Project #25-26035
