26-039 Printing and Delivery of Driver License Renewal by Mail Billing Notice Computer Paper (ISD 8314 DL)

The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform printing and delivery 3,692,000 Driver License Renewal by Mail Billing Notice (ISD 8314 DL) computer paper forms for the term of the Agreement. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Questions are due 4/21/2026 @ 4:30 p.m. Answers will be posted on 4/23/2026 by 4:30 p.m. Bids are due 4/29/2026 by 11:59 p.m. and MUST be emailed to DMVBIDS@dmv.ca.gov. The estimated cost for this project is USD 104,792.81.
