The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform plumbing modifications, accessibility improvements, and facility upgrades at the Tijuana River Estuary Restrooms in San Diego County, California.
The work includes relocation and modification of existing drain and vent piping, replacement of plumbing components, conversion of urinals to waterless units, and relocation of flush valves to improve maintenance access and safer working conditions. Additional work includes replacement of restroom fixtures, installation of energy-efficient motion-activated lighting, inspection and repair of the restroom ventilation system, interior painting, and other minor facility improvements.
All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable codes, manufacturer requirements, and industry standards, and shall result in fully functional and safe restroom facilities
