Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Sulphur Springs Road Improvement in Soquel Demonstration State Forest (SDSF). Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, excavation, hauling, grading and fees to provide road improvement in SDSF. Sulphur Springs Road Improvement in SDSF is necessary to provide roadway safety improvements and maintain reliable transportation access for CAL FIRE and SDSF.
