The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to provide Perimeter security access, Mechanical/HVAC, Roofing systems Electrical, Structural, and Architectural Systems work as required to support renovation. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Administrator listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 127336, Roof /HVAC/Gate/Fire Protection Repair and Contractor Business Name. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 4/21/2026, at 1:00 PM at Burbank FMS, 3800 Valhallas Dr, Burbank, CA 91505. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Robert Hawkins at Robert.Hawkins@cmd.ca.gov. The Prime Contractor shall possess a B - General Building Contractor and/or C-12 contractor license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB).
