This is a statewide Agreement in which the Contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, transportation, equipment, and every other item of expense necessary to perform video conference / in-person foreign language interpreter services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Board of Parole Hearings (BPH), hereafter referred to as BPH, on an as needed basis, as follows:
A. Video conference foreign language interpreter services will be used approximately ninety-five (95) percent of the time for all CDCR institutions.
B. In-person foreign language interpreter services will be used approximately five (5) percent of the time at all CDCR institutions.
C. Document Translation services may be requested and compensated in accordance with the Rate Sheets.
