Description This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed 1.5 Million dollars, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions. The Mayor Office of Ciminal Justice is issuing a solicitation to obtain a qualified vendor to provide a Quote for IT INFRASTRUCTURE & EQUIPMENT CONSULTING SERVICES. "Subcontracting . The Contractor shall request approval and approval modifications for all subcontractors as required by Section 4-13 of the PPB Rules and the documents that constitute this Agreement in PASSPort. No subcontractor shall commence work under this Agreement unless the Contractor has requested approval in PASSPort and has received approval of such request, in writing, from the City.
