The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to provide maintenance service on air compressor and its respective components. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Analyst listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 128100, Air Compressor Preventative Maintenance and Contractor Business Name.
Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 4/28/2026, at 10:30 AM at Sacramento Okinawa Readiness Center, 8450 Okinawa Street, Sacramento, CA 95828. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Nicole Jackson at Nicole.Jackson@cmd.ca.gov.
The prime contractor MUST possess a type D-21 - Machinery and Pumps license.
All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Nicole Jackson at Nicole.Jackson@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 5/1/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 128100.
If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Submission Deadline. The bid opening will be held on 5/8/2026 at 2:15 PM.
