Description
Deferred Maintenance Project (DMP) has evaluated pipe penetrations through State Plan of Flood Control (SPFC) levees and identified pipes with moderate defects that are suitable for CIPP. The contract will allow the rehabilitation of SPFC pipes with cured-in-place pipe (CIPP), thereby reducing their hazard to the levee, and preventing the potential loss of life and property.
