IFB P2520006, Hallelujah Junction Wildlife Area Dumpsite Environmental Testing

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) Conserved Lands Program is seeking a Contractor to conduct soil and water tests. A legacy dumpsite at Hallelujah Junction Wildlife Area was partially remediated in September 2024 with 134 tons of material removed. Work was halted due to safety concerns and because the waste extended deeper than originally estimated. CDFW needs a Contractor to conduct environmental testing to verify that no hazardous materials have leached into the soil or adjacent waterway. Click View Event Package to Download IFB
