The County of Los Angeles (County), Chief Executive Office is seeking qualified Vendors to enter into Master Agreements to provide Strategic Plan and Support Services to various County departments on an as-needed basis. These consulting services will support County departments' efforts to align with County goals and priorities. Under the Master Agreement, qualified Vendors will be included, based on demonstrated qualifications, in one or more Service Categories described in Appendix B (Services Categories): Strategic Planning, Performance Measurement, Process Improvement, and Emergency Management.
