The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia to obtain proposals from qualified offerors to provide year-round programs, instructional classes (in-person and/or virtual), camps (in-person and/or virtual), leagues/tournaments, clinics/seminars, day trips, and/or workshops sponsored by the County Department of Parks, Recreation, and Community Services (PRCS).PRCS is interested in attracting offerors to provide high quality instruction, personnel, and equipment (utilizing either County or other facilities) at/or below market price to provide a wide variety of affordable programs to County residents and participants.Pre-Proposal Conference:An Optional Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on February 14, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. in the Dulles Conference Room, at One Harrison Street, SE, 1st Floor, Leesburg, Virginia 20175 for clarification of any questions on the scope of services and to provide a high level overview of the supplier registration process and online submission of proposals through iSupplier.Addenda:Addendum #1 Changes and/or Additions issued on February 18, 2025.Addendum #2 Changes and/or Additions issued on February 24, 2025.Addendum #3 Initial acceptance date changed to March 24, 2025 issued on March 10, 2025.Addendum #4 Initial acceptance date changed to April 25, 2025 issued on April 8, 2025.Addendum #5 Changes and/or Additions issued on May 5, 2025.Addendum #6 Changes and/or Additions issued on November 3, 2025.***In order to support online electronic proposal submission, the County will close and republish this solicitation each acceptance date noted in Section 1.4.
