The Vermont Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets (VAAFM) Working Lands Enterprise Initiative (WLEI) seeks two separate contractors to host daylong symposium events on June 16th and August 11th, 2026. Contractors must provide meeting space, breakout room space, meals, and refreshments for the Working Lands Enterprise Board Symposiums. The events will serve a maximum of 50 attendees (expected 30-35 people) and require exclusive use of meeting and breakout room spaces. Breakfast and lunch featuring Vermont products must be provided at a maximum per-person cost of USD 38.00 (GSA rate). The event space should ideally be located at a Vermont farm or forest business, consistent with WLEI''s mission to support resilient and sustainable farm, food, and forest economies. Each event has a maximum budget of USD 3,000.
