Description
The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to replace the roof for Building 5015. Work shall include but not limited to: replace the roof for Building 5015. Work shall include but not limited to: all roofing materials, underlayment¿s, metals, trims, rakes, flashings, eves, overhangs, canopy¿s, sheathing, wooden members, fascia, rain gutters, etc. required to complete all work for a fully functional roofing system that ties into building flawlessly. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Manager listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 127197, Building 5015 Roof Replacement and Contractor Business Name.
Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 4/7/2026, at 9:00 AM at Camp Roberts, Highway 101, San Miguel, CA 93451. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Sergey Kinchak at Sergey.Kinchak@cmd.ca.gov.
The prime contractor MUST possess a B - General Building Contractor or a C-39 Roofing Contractor license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB). The Contractor shall also possess a C-22 Asbestos Abatement Contractor license or sub-contract to a C-22 contractor for all asbestos abatement work.

If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Submission Deadline. The bid opening will be held on 4/28/2026 at 2:15 PM.
