Pre-Proposal ConferenceThe State will hold a virtual pre-Proposal conference on April 7, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. Columbus, Ohio local time. The site visit will begin at the Lionel H. Newsom Administration Building (designated at building #1 on the map on page 4). The site visit will commence promptly at 10:00 A.M., barring an unforeseen circumstance that results in a delay of the site visit. Attendance will be taken. The State will not be responsible to an Offeror for its failure to obtain information discussed during the site visit due to its arriving after the site visit has convened. Offerors who fail to attend the mandatory site visit will be deemed not responsive. Offerors will be led through approximately 25% of the Agency''s structures. This will be a representative sample of various purpose buildings (residential, academic, athletic and support) based on a subjective selection by the State. The mandatory site visit is for illustrative purposes only and does not purport to be more than a reasonable sample of current conditions of the buildings on campus.Purpose and BackgroundThe purpose of this RFP is to solicit Proposals for the management of Agency''s campus facilities located at 1400 Brush Row, Wilberforce, Ohio 45384. The Agency''s campus includes nearly 40 different buildings.  A campus map is included below.
