Contract Time is 30 calendar days from Notice to Proceed to reach Substantial Completion and 45 calendar days from Notice to Proceed for Final Completion. | Pre-Bid Conference: A 2nd Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 9 am on Friday, March 27, 2026, at the Polk County Sherriff''s Office Southwest Command building located at 4120 US 98, Lakeland, FL 33801 (adjacent to the Lakeland campus of Polk State College).
