Polk County Fire Rescue seeks pharmaceutical supplies on an as-needed basis. Vendors will provide pharmaceutical products at a minimum 20% discount off retail/catalog price or sale price, whichever is less. Invoices must itemize the discount separately. This is an ongoing requirement reviewed at least annually. Awarded vendors will be added to an Awarded Vendor List and must acknowledge any amendments within five business days or be removed from the list.
